Cassoulet

Chef Bernard will prepare Cassoulet on February 25 & 2 and again on March 11 & 12. This is an earthy dish from southwest France; it consists of pork, lamb, duck & sausage with white beans. Come and enjoy.



Easter Week

Bouillabaisse will be featured on Good Friday, April 2. This delicious fish stew is flavored with saffron and is served on a bed of rice noodles. Come & Enjoy! On Easter, April 4, we will begin serving dinner at l p.m. Reserve now.



Vacation

Le Vichyssois will be closed March 22 through March 28. We will re-open on Wednesday, March 31 at 5:30. Hope to see you!

You can eat at home and add one of Bernard's sauces to your dishes. Call and order a sauce to enhance your meal. Our sauces are available in 8 oz or 16 oz containers.



Take Out

Remember, we do take out all evenings. With this cold weather, take some soup home. We offer our entire menu for take out. Enjoy in the comfort of your home.
